INO housing (Beckley)

I am a woman in my 30s looking to leave an abusive relationship.
I have income and a well behaved, medium sized, mixed breed dog.
I do not have a criminal background, and do not do drugs, drink, or smoke.
I am looking for a rental property, even a storage shed converted into a tiny home would be perfect.
I am on a fixed income so I can't afford a crazy amount for rent, but I can exchange help with household work or gardening if needed.
I currently live out of state but I'm willing to email/fax any paperwork that is needed amd communicate via phone.
It is urgent that I get out of my current situation but finding a rental I can afford and will allow me to have my dog has been incredibly difficult.
