*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain operation of the assigned area within budget, meeting production schedules, and quality standards.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and the elimination of hazards.
* Supervise and coach assigned employees, monitoring their performance within the work area.
* Communicate daily with the Plant Manager, providing updates and insights.
* Assign tasks to individuals within the work area, enabling them to meet responsibilities for quality and production improvements, preventive maintenance, customer service, safety, housekeeping, and cost planning.
* Seek continuous improvement in operations, cost-effectiveness, and product quality to exceed customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $80,000.
